We are very confident of the high quality of all products we sell, but if you believe any product falls below a standard you expect or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to refund or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is returned as sold, with all original packaging, tags, labels & accessories, any items supplied included or as a free extra must also be returned (this includes any gift vouchers, gift vouchers already redeemed will have the value used deducted from the refund amount owed). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including email) within 14 days following date of delivery. You will then be entitled to a refund from us or exchange product, any refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. Please note: you have the right to cancel your order/contract with us up to 14 days after the contract was made. Although your initial delivery may have been subsidized we reserve the right to ask the customer to return and to pay all relevant costs of return of any item unless faulty. we recommend you fully insure your return items against loss or damage. Please note: the customer is liable for the cost and safe return of all items.
After this 14 day period has expired we will be unable to accept returns of any items purchased, unless faulty.
Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been damaged by us in the course of delivery.
If we deliver incorrect or damaged goods, or in the event that you discover any defect in the goods for which you require compensation or other remedy, you must report the defect within 48hrs of the date you receive them. Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. We reserve the right to refuse return of items should the original packaging not be available to allow the safe return via our carriers. Should it be deemed impractical to offer a replacement, re-delivery or re-selection of any damaged or faulty items we reserve the right to offer an allowance against a repair, or alternatively a refund for your purchase. Any non faulty items returned will always be returned at the expense of the customer.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
Cancellation of any bespoke service may entail a forfeit of the deposit paid.
International returns: Orders outside of the EU cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless incorrect, due to an error by us, faulty or damaged in the course of delivery.
