How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery to Mainland UK with the exception of some Scottish highland postcodes as stated on our Delivery Information page.
All non-mainland UK, Ireland & Worldwide locations please contact us for a quotation.
How long will delivery take?
As standard multiple products purchased will be delivered together when all items are ready for shipping. All delivery times are shown on product pages. Please view our Delivery Information page for more information.
How will I know when to expect my delivery?
For smaller & lower value orders you will receive an email when your order has been shipped. For larger and higher value orders we will contact you via telephone to arrange a delivery time. More information can be found on the Delivery Information page.

We are open on Saturdays 9:30am - 1pm, But orders can be made on the website 24/7.
What time is the showroom open?

Can I cancel an order?
We are happy to refund or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt, cancellation of any bespoke service may entail a forfeit of the deposit paid. Please view our Returns Information page.
What is your brassware made of?
All our Brassware is made from solid brass then plated with one of our selection of finishes.
Do your taps have ceramic disc Technology?
Yes, most of our taps do have ceramic disc technology. If a tap does have ceramic disc technology then it will be clearly stated in the product description.
What is ceramic disc technology?
Modern Ceramic discs are used instead of rubber washers to seal the flow of the tap. The ceramic disc gives the taps a much longer life than the old rubber washers which tended to harden and split, leaving dripping taps. Not only does ceramic disc technology give a longer life to the taps, but it also means that the taps can be turned easily with light pressure, and only have to be turned a quarter to be fully on. This makes life much easier for people with dirty hands and for people with restricted movement.
What size feeds are needed for your basin and bath taps?
Usually basin taps require 15mm feeds and bath taps require 22mm feeds.
Does the waste come with the taps?
Some taps do come with wastes, if so, this will be clearly stated in the product descriptions. Basin wastes can be found here.
Is a toilet seat included when I buy a toilet?

Do the baths come with a waste?
Unfortunately No. Wastes are sold separately. Please view our selection of Wastes.
Can you paint my bath for me?
Yes, we offer a full painting service carried out in our professional spray shop. Please view individual product page for full instructions.
Will I need to reinforce my floor for a cast iron bath?
Usually there is not a problem with cast iron baths as the weight is distributed over 4 feet. Most older houses will have had a cast iron bath in them at some point, and newer houses should have no problem taking the weight. You should always consult a structural engineer or professional before confirming your purchase.

Are your radiators and towel warmers supplied with valves?
Yes, All our radiators and towel warmers are supplied with valves, in the same finish as the radiator is ordered.
Can your radiators and towel warmers be run dual fuel?
No, All our radiators run on a water central heating system.
How can I work out how many BTUs I need to heat my bathroom?
Please consult your plumber or builder regarding size required. If you are using BTUs this can be a complex formula with many room variations changing the final calculation.
